Experience as Attorney. Ms. Taix is of counsel to the firm. Ms. Taix previously practiced as Corporate Counsel at Health Net, Inc. where her duties included providing legal advice to various departments and overseeing outside counsel. Earlier in her career Ms. Taix practiced as a corporate and securities associate in the Los Angeles office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and in the New York office of Davis Polk & Wardwell.
